* Working closely with patients and caregivers to educate them and assist them in beginning the application and enrollment process
* Providing necessary documentation and requirements to ensure services are authorized in a quick and efficient turn-around time
* Delivering high-level customer service through one-call resolution, demonstrating arenaflex's values of care and compassion
* Consistently meeting monthly performance metrics of creating cases and call handling
* Creating high-quality cases without errors by using available guides and ensuring accurate data
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Experience in telephonic sales, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
* Experience in managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
* A passion for providing a high level of customer service, including empathy, active listening, and patience
* Ability to articulate case statuses through detailed notes on salesforce
* Ability to resolve issues over the telephone with ease and confidence
* Computer proficiency, with strong typing skills and the ability to leverage technology to resolve customer issues
