As a Customer Service Assistant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, packaging groceries, and assisting customers with transporting their purchases from the store to their vehicles. You'll also be involved in stocking and sanitation tasks, ensuring that our store remains clean and organized. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service by being attentive to customers' needs and resolving any issues that may arise
* Package groceries and assist customers with transporting their purchases from the store to their vehicles
* Stock and maintain bag areas, including restocking bags and check stand supplies
* Perform sanitation tasks, including gathering baskets, picking up trash, and cleaning the store
* Assist with department setup, including relocating carts and baskets
* Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency standards in a fast-paced retail environment
**Essential Qualifications**
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of productivity and efficiency
