**The Role**
As a Customer Service Leader at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading our team to achieve outstanding results. You'll work closely with our management team to develop and implement strategies that drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Greet customers, run the register, cashier, and make purchase suggestions to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction
* Lead shifts on a regular basis, gaining valuable entry-level management experience and developing your leadership skills
* Work collaboratively with our food program team to provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers
* Maintain a high level of store appearance and provide fast and friendly service to our customers
* Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience
* Interact with many customers daily, building strong relationships and driving sales growth
* Work as part of a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and achieve our goals
* Come up with creative solutions to problems and think quickly to offer suggestions that drive results
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of retail and customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Entry-level management experience, with a strong understanding of leadership principles and practices
* Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a focus on driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
* High School Diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication, teamwork, and problem-solving
* Motivation to advance in your career, with a willingness to learn and grow with our organization
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
* Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions
* Experience working with food programs, with a focus on providing a seamless shopping experience for our customers
**Physical Requirements**
* Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, with regular breaks to rest and recharge
* Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift, with occasional lifting and/or carrying up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
* Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds, with regular breaks to rest and recharge
* Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift, with regular breaks to rest and recharge
* Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, with regular breaks to rest and recharge
