**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer support through phone, chat, and email
* Answering customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Using various tools to navigate, research, and review solutions to customer problems
* Communicating effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met
* Working variable hours to match customer demand, including day, late, and overnight shifts

**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A minimum age of 18 years old
* The right to work in Egypt
* A minimum qualification of a high school degree (passed)
* Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (both written and oral fluency)
* Experience working with a computer
* The availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within our operating hours
* Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e., early, late, weekend, and overtime as required)
