**Job Summary**
As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing in-station real-time, hands-on support to ensure our customers receive their packages on time, as promised. You'll work closely with customers to resolve issues, set expectations, and provide accurate and up-to-date information about their packages. Your goal will be to put smiles on our customers' faces by delivering exceptional service and support.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Communicate with customers directly in-person, via phone, and via email to resolve issues and provide support
* Empathize with and prioritize customer needs to ensure a positive experience
* Uphold company values and respect every customer interaction
* Resolve issues and set appropriate expectations with customers
* Clearly understand and respond appropriately to customer issues
* Compose grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses to customer issues
* Approach problems logically and with good judgment to ensure the appropriate customer outcome
* Make quick and effective decisions on behalf of the customer
* Work a flexible Full-Time (40 hours per week) schedule
* Perform tasks such as carrying, lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 49 pounds, frequently pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching, standing and walking during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and working in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud (hearing protection will be provided)
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Ability to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment
* Physical ability to perform tasks such as carrying, lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 49 pounds, frequently pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching, standing and walking during shifts lasting up to 12 hours
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 2+ years of customer service experience in a logistics or delivery environment
* Experience working in a warehouse or distribution center environment
* Knowledge of logistics and delivery processes
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
