**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)**
As an Inbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will:
* Serve as a patient advocate to resolve questions or concerns, providing empathetic and effective support
* Input patient data into the e-Intake system and ensure thorough verification for products and services
* Manage high-volume inbound phone calls for initial intake and provide basic technical customer service assistance
* Educate patients and location employees on CPAP supplies and equipment maintenance
* Process related patient paperwork and ensure timely fulfillment of product orders
**What We Require (Qualifications)**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A high school diploma or GED equivalent
* One to three years of related work experience in a team-oriented environment
* Strong customer service background, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service
* Basic computer and internet skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems
* A valid driver's license in the state of residence with a clean driving record (when applicable)
