**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Banking Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
* Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise, ensuring that each customer feels heard and valued.
* Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate to ensure timely resolutions.
* Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments in a professional and efficient manner.
* Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, providing valuable feedback on call issues to help improve our processes.
* Providing feedback on call issues to help identify areas for improvement.
* Upselling products or services to enhance the customer experience, if required.
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A High School Diploma or equivalent.
* Banking experience, preferably in a customer service or call center environment.
* 18 years of age or older.
* Proven call center experience, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
* A typing speed of 25 WPM or more.
* Proficiency in PC operation and navigation.
* Entry-level network troubleshooting skills.
* Ability to set up home Wi-Fi network.
* Ability to set up and configure a router or switch.
* Core proficiency with a laptop or desktop computer.
* Ability to work independently.
* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
* Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment.
* Ability to stay composed and objective under pressure.
* Strong listening skills.
**Nice-to-Haves**

* Experience working in a customer service or call center environment.
