**What You'll Be Doing**
As a Customer Service Coordinator in BGCO, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, growing our business within existing accounts, and building long-term relationships with our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
* Growing our business within existing accounts by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Verizon solutions
* Building customer relationships, earning their loyalty and trust through empathetic listening and solution-oriented problem-solving
* Troubleshooting complex customer issues related to devices, billing, and service concerns, and resolving them efficiently and effectively
* Selling the value of Verizon solutions and increasing company revenue through proactive and solution-oriented approaches
* Providing first-call resolution and reducing repeat calls and unnecessary transfers through efficient and effective communication
* Delivering exceptional customer support on large accounts using web-based tools and collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues

**Requirements**
To be eligible for this position, you'll need:
* A Bachelor's degree or one or more years of work experience
* One or more years of customer service and/or sales experience
* The ability to meet all home office requirements, including a private workspace free of distractions
* Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
**Preferred Qualifications**
* College degree
* Experience with facilitation and communication across all levels of the organization
* Experience resolving customer issues, billing, and/or handling product Q&A
* Experience promoting and/or selling products and services
* Experience applying technical knowledge to troubleshoot customer issues with evolving technologies
* One or more years of technical support experience
* Demonstrated self-discipline, time management skills, resourcefulness, and the ability to work collaboratively with leaders and on a team in a remote environment
* Technical acumen and interest in learning new technologies

**Scheduled Weekly Hours**
40 hours per week
**Work Environment**
This is a remote work arrangement, with occasional in-person trainings and meetings. You'll need to provide internet service with a direct connection to a cable or fiber modem and capable of at least 25mbps plan minimum. Wireless connections, satellite, or DSL are not acceptable.
**Location**
To be eligible for this position, you must be located within a 90-minute commute of the West Valley City, UT BGCO location.
