**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Service Coordinator, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and resolving complex issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with internal and external teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer concerns. **Responsibilities**
* Receive and respond to customer inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner
* Resolve complex customer issues through research, communication, and collaboration with internal and external teams
* Update customer information and order status in our order system as necessary
* Review dashboard alerts on a daily (hourly) basis to stay informed of customer issues and concerns
* Escalate unresolved issues to Business Managers, Customer Managers, and Customer Service Specialists as needed
* Perform resolution procedures outlined in our static help file
* Investigate and resolve rules engine failures, determining the best course of action and escalating unresolved issues to Customer Service Supervisors
* Maintain client/customer criteria for handling orders and update information on prices in a timely manner
* Ensure Sales Data Coordinators are notified of any changes or updates
* Responsible for filing documents according to arenaflex policy
* Maintain excellent working relationships with customers, clients, and co-workers
* Assist with Customer Replenishment (CRP/VMI) as needed, managing inventory data, entering orders in Becton Schantz, and sending to customers
* Perform special assignments for the company and/or branch and/or department as needed
* Meet the physical requirements listed below

**Qualifications**
* High School Diploma/GED
* Associate Degree
* Formal Customer Service Training Preferred
* Two years of business process solutions, customer service, and/or administrative experience
* One year of food broker experience preferred
* Strong interpersonal, organizational, and administrative skills
* Effective communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to operate a calculator, computer, printer, fax machine, telephone, and copier
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
* Proficient in data/order entry and software
* Possess Becton System technical skills
* Type a minimum of 60 wpm
