**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Managing daily office operations, ensuring workflows and systems run efficiently
* Supervising administrative staff and coordinating schedules, meetings, and training

* Maintaining supply inventory, office equipment, and vendor relationships

* Monitoring ECRM task management and follow-up activities

* Leading quality assurance efforts, reviewing client interactions and file accuracy
