**Role Overview**
We're searching for a Customer Service & Operations Generalist who can wear multiple hats and thrive in a startup environment. While the primary responsibility is delivering exceptional customer service, this role will also support operations, marketing initiatives, and project management tasks. **Key Responsibilities**
* **Customer Service (Primary Focus)**
