As a remote in-home Customer Service Phone Representative, you'll have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while still feeling connected to our team. **Job Summary** We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Fitness Service and Sales Department as a Customer Service Phone Representative. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, resolving their queries, and providing them with a positive and energetic experience. If you're a natural communicator with a passion for helping others, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Phone Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Delivering exceptional service to our customers as the first point of contact * Answering inbound phone calls, identifying and resolving caller needs, and providing information with amazing customer service * Making outbound appointment setting calls from already generated inquiries * Maintaining accurate and useful database records * Managing and monitoring SMS (texting platform) and delivering the same amazing customer service as taking calls * Providing product information, resolving account issues, and answering questions about our services * Performing basic account maintenance activities * Meeting Quality Assurance Requirements and other key performance metrics **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** To succeed in this role, you'll need to: * Have a designated and approved in-home workspace * Have a secondary workspace in case your approved home space has technical difficulties * Meet the wired internet speed requirements (tested before hiring) No Satellite Internet * Receive inbound calls * Place outbound follow-up calls * Answer SMS messages * Answer questions about the product details, the company, and issues about accounts for the customers * Meet Quality Assurance Requirements and other key performance metrics **Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities** To excel in this role, you'll need: * Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills * Ability to type 40 wpm+ * Ability to work on a computer for extended hours as scheduled * Ability to speak on the phone and send follow-up emails for extended hours as scheduled * Excellent active listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections * Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment * Must possess a professional and friendly attitude and be able to quickly develop a rapport with customers over the phone * Previous call center experience preferred * Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly * Previous telesales experience a plus, but not required * Fitness industry experience a PLUS! **What We Offer** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy: * Competitive Base Wages * Group Healthcare Plan * Paid Time Off * Company Training * Career Advancement Opportunities * A dynamic and supportive work environment * Opportunities for professional growth and development * A fun and upbeat atmosphere **Work Environment and Company Culture** At careerzynith, we're committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters collaboration, creativity, and innovation.
