**Key Responsibilities**

**Essential Qualifications**

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other industry-specific systems
