**Experienced Customer Service Specialist – Retail Sales and Customer Experience**

Our people are the driving force behind our success, and we invest in their growth, development, and well-being. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for: * Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service, product knowledge, and problem-solving skills * Assisting customers in person and over the phone by determining their needs and presenting appropriate products and services * Building productive relationships with wholesale and retail customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions * Processing sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures * Following and achieving sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis * Maintaining precise work order files and formulas * Pulling appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse * Tinting and mixing products, as needed, to customer specifications * Stocking shelves and setting up displays * Cleaning store equipment * Loading/unloading delivery trucks * Assisting in making deliveries, as needed * Maintaining in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas * Remaining knowledgeable on products offered and discussing available options * Complying with inventory control procedures * Suggesting ways to improve sales **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * To be at least 18 years of age * To be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future * To have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License * To be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion * To be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications will be advantageous: * Having at least a High School diploma or GED * Having at least one (1) year experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position * Having previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products * Having previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment * Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language * Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you will need: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong product knowledge and ability to learn new products and services * Ability to work effectively in a team environment * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences * Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
