Your duties will include: * Interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner to resolve travel-related issues and provide exceptional customer service * Stepping up to meet customer needs while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility and accountability * Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve success and support new processes and technologies * Navigating challenging situations with composure and adaptability, while maintaining a positive attitude and a customer-centric focus * Maintaining a safety mentality by ensuring the well-being of yourself and your colleagues **What We're Looking For** We're seeking experienced customer service representatives who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
