**Key Responsibilities**
As a customer service representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers in a kind and beneficial manner to craft memorable experiences and build customer loyalty. Your duties will include:
* Interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner to resolve travel-related issues and provide exceptional customer service
* Stepping up to meet customer needs while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility and accountability
* Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve success and support new processes and technologies
* Navigating challenging situations with composure and adaptability, while maintaining a positive attitude and a customer-centric focus
* Maintaining a safety mentality by ensuring the well-being of yourself and your colleagues
**What We're Looking For**
We're seeking experienced customer service representatives who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
* A minimum of 18 years of age
* Comfort working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
* Physical ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, as well as carry and handle luggage
* Potential to acquire a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging
* Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
* Ability to meet our attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards
