We're a dynamic and forward-thinking organization that's committed to delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive impact in our community. **Key Responsibilities:** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers, both in-person and over the phone * Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions * Processing electronic fund transactions, such as Credit/Debit Cards, EBT, and Gift Cards, alongside cash and check transactions * Managing inventory levels and implementing measures to prevent theft, damage, and expired products * Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including customer waiting areas and workstations * Adhering to and promoting all safety and hygiene policies and programs as per the health code regulations at the local, state, and federal level * Reporting any hazardous conditions or criminal conduct to store management for prompt and decisive action **Essential Qualifications:** * High school diploma or equivalent * Minimum age requirement of 18 * Ability to handle confidential information discreetly * Previous comparable experience in customer service or retail operations * Proficient in customer registry management, phone inquiries, and cashier engagements * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with inventory management and automated inventory management systems * Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality * Ability to promote sales and services to customers and build customer loyalty * Experience with cash register usage and management * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Skills and Competencies:** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records * Proficient in using technology, including automated inventory management systems * Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing our team members with opportunities for growth and development.
