**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders, resolving inquiries, and navigating customers through our website and online ordering system. With comprehensive training and support, you'll become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions with confidence.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and provide exceptional service
* Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
* Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience
**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
