* Entering all take-out and delivery orders into the POS system accurately and completely, maintaining the highest standards of data integrity and accuracy.
* Preparing any pizza boxes necessary for all take-out and delivery orders, ensuring a clean and organized workspace that reflects our commitment to excellence.
* Knowledgeable on the careerzynith Rewards program to sign-up guests, promoting loyalty and encouraging repeat business.
* Responsible for gelato presentation and appearance, maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation.
* Cleaning, stocking, and sanitizing the take-out and/or delivery area and all related equipment, upholding the highest standards of safety, sanitation, and food handling practices.
* Maintaining an accurate record of all cash register transactions, including securing cash, processing credit card receipts, and entering tips, ensuring the highest standards of financial integrity.
* Assisting in the training of new employees, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them succeed in their roles.
* Providing support services to co-workers as the flow of business dictates, demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
* Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager, including store-specific opening, closing, and side work procedures.
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Some secondary education, with a focus on customer service, hospitality, or a related field.
* Entry-level experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences.
* Must be at least 16 years of age, with a valid ID and proof of age.
* Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and perform in a stressful environment.
* Ability to speak English fluently, with a strong understanding of grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
* Basic computer operating skills, with the ability to navigate our POS system and other software applications.
* Ability to accurately, quickly, and simultaneously perform multiple tasks, with a strong focus on multitasking and prioritization.
* Strong math and excellent money handling skills, with the ability to quickly and accurately count money and give correct change.
* Stamina to stand up to 5 hours at a time, with the ability to lift, bend, and stoop, and frequently lift and carry up to 10 lbs.
