We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional support to our members and providers. As a CSR, you'll be the face of arenaflex, answering inbound calls, responding to emails, and providing a high level of customer service that exceeds expectations. **Job Summary:**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering inbound calls from members and providers, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Inputting data accurately and consistently, using our computerized system for tracking calls, information gathering, and troubleshooting
* Assessing needs, explaining programs, and suggesting alternative products or services to promote positive behavior change
* Collaborating with other teams to maintain and restore customer satisfaction
* Meeting or exceeding established call center metrics, attendance standards, and quality levels
* Developing rapport with callers and adjusting communication style to meet their needs
* Providing accurate information about arenaflex programs and services
* Escalating issues internally and following up on escalated issues
**Essential Job Functions:**
* Identify, evaluate, and prioritize caller needs, questions, and concerns
* Formulate plans of resolution and respond appropriately and efficiently
* Maintain and restore customer satisfaction and partner with other teams as needed
* Perform problem analysis, problem determination, and recommended resolutions to callers in accordance with standard protocol
* Proactively educate callers on program benefits
* Meet or exceed established call center metrics, attendance standards, and quality levels
* Use computer tools to accurately process and document information
* Develop rapport with callers and adjust communication style to meet their needs
* Provide accurate information about arenaflex programs and services
* Escalate issues internally and follow up on escalated issues
**Qualifications:**
* High School Diploma
* Prior experience in a customer service-related field preferred
* Great communication skills
* Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* General working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook
* Computer keyboard proficiency and internet navigation skills required
* Ability to work effectively with others in a team environment
* Ability to thrive in a fast-growing, always-changing environment
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Familiarity with digital health platforms and customer service software
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
