**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Greeting customers and providing a warm welcome to our store
* Running the register, cashiering, and making purchase suggestions to customers
* Working with our food program and maintaining a clean and organized store environment
* Interacting with customers daily, providing excellent customer care, and resolving any issues that may arise
* Collaborating with our team to achieve daily goals and maintain high standards for store appearance
* Selling products to customers, providing recommendations, and promoting our services
* Performing at a quick pace while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude
* Working as part of a team to accomplish daily tasks and achieve sales targets
**Your Skills and Qualities**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualities:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner
* Strong sales and customer service skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
* Physical stamina to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and perform other physical demands of the role
* High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong motivation to learn and grow in your career
* Retail and customer service experience, with a background in sales, cashiering, or a related field
* Ability to think quickly and offer creative solutions to problems, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations

**Physical Requirements**
The physical demands of this role include:
* Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
* Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
* Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
* Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
* Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
* Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination and occasional ladder climbing
