**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:
* Greet customers and provide a warm welcome to our store
* Run the register, cashier, and make purchase suggestions to enhance the customer experience
* Work with our food program and other store areas to maintain high standards for store appearance and provide fast and friendly service to our customers
* Interact with customers daily, providing excellent customer care and communication
* Work as part of a fun and energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and goals
* Come up with creative solutions to problems and think quickly to offer suggestions
* Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure seamless customer service
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; retail and customer service experience a plus
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be a great asset to your application:
* Retail and customer service experience, particularly in a fast-paced environment
* Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service
* Motivation to advance in your career and take on new challenges
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and technologies
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
**Physical Requirements**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to be able to:
* Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours per shift
* Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
* Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
* Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
* Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
* Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination and occasional ladder climbing
