Our unique offering of world-class products, supply chain resilience, and clinical practice expertise sets us apart in the industry. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Health Plan OTC Support, you'll work under direct supervision to provide exceptional customer service support to our customers and sales representatives. You'll be responsible for responding to routine and non-routine customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely order fulfillment. **Key Responsibilities** * Respond to routine and some non-routine, more complex customer service inquiries and problems via telephone * Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions to ensure consistency in service * Place orders, track shipments, and ensure timely order fulfillment * Follow up with customers as needed to clarify order details and ensure satisfaction * Enter data from customer service interactions, including account numbers and rush order needs * Review customer service needs and refer to other service departments as necessary * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery **Minimum Qualifications** * Education: High school diploma or equivalent * Certification/Licensure: None required * Work Experience: At least 1 year of experience working in customer service or 1 year of Medline Customer Service Rep I experience * Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: + Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services + Experience accomplishing tasks in an optimum order based on time, importance, or other criteria + Bilingual skills preferred **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment * Knowledge of medical-surgical products and supply chain solutions * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams **What We Offer** * Competitive total rewards package, including a salary range of $17.75 - $24.00 hourly * Continuing education and training opportunities to help you grow your career * A dynamic and inclusive work environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion * A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, and more * Opportunities for career growth and advancement in a high-performing environment **Work Environment and Culture** At arenaflex, we're committed to building a culture of belonging and inclusivity.
