**The Role**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers and providing them with exceptional support and service. You'll be responsible for answering incoming calls, responding to customer requests, and maintaining excellent written and verbal communication skills. You'll also be responsible for adapting to fast-changing guidelines, identifying and escalating issues to supervisors, and maintaining and improving quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines.
**Responsibilities**
* Answer incoming calls and respond to customer requests in a timely and professional manner

* Book appointments for members with a high degree of data accuracy, ensuring seamless communication with customers
* Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills, providing clear and concise information to customers

**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customers and colleagues
* Ability to work in a team environment, with a positive and flexible attitude
