If you're a customer-centric professional with a passion for delivering top-notch service, we invite you to join our dynamic team as an Experienced Customer Service Representative I. **About the Role** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative I, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing world-class support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all calls are answered and entered into our system in a timely manner, while providing the best possible customer service to our customers. You'll be handling level 1 call types, identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, and building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. **Your Impact** As a key member of our customer service team, you'll have a significant impact on our customers' experiences and satisfaction levels. Your contributions will be instrumental in: - Receiving and responding to a large number of incoming requests, identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction - Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication - Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools - Documenting customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; following up to ensure resolution - Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents - Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies - Maintaining schedule adherence and accurately tracking non-ACD time appropriately through the use of appropriate Aux codes - Placing parts and supply orders, providing price quotes, RMA's, debits, credits, Web Store enrollments, and performing basic trouble shooting **About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring** We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent communication and presentation skills.
