As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering a superior level of customer service to our members, prospective members, and guests. Your key responsibilities will include:
* **Providing a Judgement Free Member Experience**: Ensure an exceptional experience for all members, prospective members, and guests.
* **Answering Phones**: Respond to calls in a friendly manner using our information script.
* **Greeting Members**: Welcome new members, sign them up, and provide tours of our facilities.
* **Logging Amenities**: Record member usage of amenities and services.
* **Responding to Member Questions**: Address member inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
* **Processing Purchases**: Handle beverage and merchandise sales through our point of sale system.
* **Promoting Fitness Classes**: Encourage members to participate in our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF).
* **Maintaining a Clean Environment**: Ensure a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.
