As a Full Time Customer Service & E-Commerce Supervisor at arenaflex, you will be part of a collaborative and supportive team that is dedicated to excellence. **Job Responsibilities** As a Full Time Customer Service & E-Commerce Supervisor at arenaflex, you will be responsible for leading and developing our Customer Service & E-Commerce programs. Your key responsibilities will include: * **Delivering outstanding customer experiences**: You will be responsible for ensuring that all customers receive exceptional service and support, whether they are shopping in-store or online. * **Establishing clear expectations**: You will establish clear expectations for balancing in-store customer service and completing online orders, ensuring that all Team Members understand their roles and responsibilities. * **Monitoring customer flow**: You will monitor in-store and online customer flow, assigning customer service-related and online order completion tasks to ensure that the needs of all customers are met. * **Seeking awareness of industry trends**: You will stay up-to-date with relevant competitors and industry trends, ensuring that arenaflex remains competitive and innovative. * **Ensuring effective customer response**: You will ensure that all customer questions, requests, and concerns are responded to in a timely and effective manner. * **Building collaborative relationships**: You will build and maintain collaborative and productive relationships with departmental leaders, store leadership, and 1P/3P partners, such as Amazon delivery drivers. * **Fostering a positive team environment**: You will foster and encourage a positive environment of outstanding teamwork, mutual respect, and exceptional morale. * **Maintaining Team Member safety and security**: You will ensure that all Team Members are safe and secure, maintaining a clean and secure work environment. * **Ensuring compliance with regulatory rules**: You will ensure that all regulatory rules and standards are met, maintaining a compliant and responsible work environment. * **Developing and coaching Team Members**: You will develop, coach, mentor, and motivate Team Members in a manner that sustains a high-performing team and minimizes turnover. * **Maintaining cleanliness and security**: You will maintain the cleanliness of workspaces, including staging areas and coolers, and ensure the security of equipment, such as MSRs, phones, and currency counters. * **Identifying process improvement opportunities**: You will proactively identify process improvement opportunities, ensuring that arenaflex remains innovative and efficient. **Job Skills** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills: * **Task management and analysis**: You will need to be able to perform task management, balancing dynamic customer flows, and analyze data to root cause underperformance. * **Interpersonal and motivational skills**: You will need to possess excellent interpersonal, motivational, team building, and customer relationship skills. * **Teaching and coaching skills**: You will need to be able to teach others in a positive and constructive manner. * **Technical skills**: You will need to be proficient with email, Microsoft Office, and operations-related applications. **Qualifications** To be considered for this role, you will need to have: * **12+ months retail experience**: You will need to have at least 12 months of retail experience, with a strong understanding of customer service and operations. * **Physical requirements**: You will need to be able to lift 50 lbs, stand/walk for 6-8 hours in an 8-hour workday, and perform other physical tasks as required. **Working Conditions** As a Full Time Customer Service & E-Commerce Supervisor at arenaflex, you will be working in a fast-paced retail environment.
