**What You'll Be Doing**
As a Customer Service Representative – Member Experience Advocate, you will:
* **Deliver Exceptional Service**: Work directly with arenaflex members in a fast-paced inbound contact center, providing outstanding experiences and building trust through open and interactive communication.
* **Apply Problem-Solving Skills**: Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to research and communicate solutions in a variety of situations.
* **Handle Customer Concerns**: Effectively manage customer concerns, utilizing available resources to provide accurate information and ensure empathetic resolution.
* **Maintain Confidentiality**: Confidentially handle policy owner information and ensure compliance with communication standards.
* **Collaborate with Internal Teams**: Work with internal teams to ensure thorough and timely resolutions for all members.
**Required Experience**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* **Minimum 2 Years of Customer Service Experience**: Proven experience in a customer service-related position, with a high value placed on the customer/member experience.
* **Basic Mathematical Aptitude**: Demonstrated ability to perform basic mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
* **Technical Aptitude**: Experience navigating and operating multiple computer applications and telephone technologies.
* **Insurance Industry Knowledge**: Basic understanding and knowledge of life insurance company operations, policies, and procedures, as well as knowledge of various insurance products.
* **Education**: High School Diploma required; some college-level coursework preferred.
