**Job Details**
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative/Order Processor who can provide exceptional support to our customers. The ideal candidate will have:
* 3+ years of experience in a customer service role
* Proven experience creating, applying, and verifying credit memos on purchase orders
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with clients
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Process orders and credit memos, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Provide excellent customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
* Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 3+ years of experience in a customer service role
