**Job Details**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative/ Order Processor to join our team on a 3-month contract. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support
* Processing orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of customer inquiries
* Creating, applying, and verifying credit memos on purchase orders
* Building strong relationships with clients through effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
**Essential Qualifications**
* 3+ years of experience in a customer service role
* Proven experience creating, applying, and verifying credit memos on purchase orders
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with clients
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

* Experience working in the gaming industry or a related field
