**What You’ll Do**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences in a dynamic, outdoor environment. Your primary duties will include:
* Assisting customers with various aspects of the rental or return process on our airport lots
* Checking cars, entering information in a handheld device, processing rentals of our loyalty customers, and assisting customers at our exit gates or checking-in our cars at return
* Providing excellent customer service, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations
* Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services

**What We’re Looking For**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A valid driver's license
* Basic computer skills, including typing and data entry
* Effective verbal communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues
* Willingness to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment
* Flexibility to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays
* Ability to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot and enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods
* Ability to drive a variety of vehicles
* Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
* 6 months of retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus!
