We're a company that values innovation, adaptability, and compassion, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our team. **The Role** As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our clients' consumers via phone, chat, and other contact methods. You'll be responsible for: * Fielding and resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner * Providing service-oriented support to meet the needs of our clients' consumers * Collaborating with colleagues to achieve quality and performance standards * Maintaining a working knowledge of service workflows and contact center technologies * Reporting to the department Manager and contributing to a positive and inclusive team environment **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide exceptional customer service via phone, chat, and other contact methods * Resolve consumer inquiries in a timely and professional manner * Collaborate with colleagues to achieve quality and performance standards * Maintain a working knowledge of service workflows and contact center technologies * Report to the department Manager and contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment **Essential Qualifications:** * High school diploma or equivalent * Customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment * Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience working in a healthcare or revenue cycle management environment * Knowledge of contact center technologies and service workflows * Certification in customer service or a related field **Language Skills:** * Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions, correspondence, and memos * Ability to write and present information to leadership, vendors, clients, and other employees of the organization * Fluency in English (additional languages are an asset) **Mathematical Skills:** * Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals * Ability to compare rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret various graphs **Reasoning Ability:** * Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations * Ability to plan, organize, delegate, and prioritize work * Ability to provide clear and effective direction to staff * Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing * Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with arenaflex departments, vendors, other businesses, and our clients * Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment **Physical Demands:** * May be required to lift between 30-50lbs at times (limited) * Work is typically performed in a remote work environment with minimal physical demands **Work Environment:** * The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job * The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate **Benefits and Perks:** * Competitive hourly rate of $17.00/hour * Part-time schedule with flexible hours (10am-3pm or 11am-4pm) * Remote work environment with minimal physical demands * Opportunity to work with a dynamic and forward-thinking organization * Collaborative and inclusive team environment * Professional development opportunities and training programs **How to Apply:** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
