**About the Role**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional experiences for our customers. You'll engage directly with pharmacy customers who contact us for a variety of topics, primarily via inbound calls and other communication platforms. Your responsibilities will include:
* **Research and problem-solving**: You'll research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for our customers and follow up as needed to resolve issues.
* **Critical thinking**: You'll think critically to help our customers and provide solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards.
* **Customer engagement**: You'll engage with our customers and go above and beyond to "wow" them with exceptional service.
* **Multi-tasking**: You'll be able to multi-task and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
**What We're Looking For**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **1-2 years of experience** in a customer-focused environment
* **Excellent communication skills**: You'll be able to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
* **Ability to multi-task**: You'll be able to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
* **Flexibility**: You'll be able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* **Background check**: You'll need to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license.
* **Commitment to excellence**: You'll be committed to delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations.
