**The Role**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, providing exceptional service to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and social media. You'll be responsible for resolving customer complaints, answering questions, and providing support for our loyalty program. Your primary goal will be to ensure that every customer interaction is a positive one, and that our customers feel valued and appreciated.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond accurately, promptly, and effectively to all forms of customer communication, including phones, letters, and email.
* Resolve difficult and sensitive customer issues in an objective and timely manner, using problem-solving and negotiation skills.
* Document customer and store information into our call tracking system.
* Promote a positive company image to support customer service objectives and mission statement.
* Compose personal replies to customer letters and/or emails and maintain assigned reports.
* Update customer addresses for the loyalty program and adjust reward points as needed.
* Make sound judgment calls that align with the brand, escalation, and customer service policies for social media customer-related issues.
* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and capable of moderating a high volume of inbound content.
**Qualifications**
* 1 to 3 years of retail customer service or call center experience and proven conflict management skills.
* Flexible mindset, oriented towards conflict resolution.
* Strong listening skills.
* Ability to prioritize work.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* PC knowledge.
* Typing skills.

**Compensation**
* Starting pay range: $11.60 to $20.00 per hour.
