**What You'll Do**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Serving as a positive team member working towards a common company goal
* Meeting department standards and expectations for quality and production
* Efficiently leveraging tools and technology to support resolution of issues
* Working with partner departments to resolve customer issues
* Actively participating in and supporting the learning process
**What You Bring**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* A High School Diploma or equivalent
* 1 – 2 years' prior customer service experience using multiple computer systems
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
* The ability to prioritize tasks, work within timeframes, and meet deadlines, while being self-motivated, detailed, and organized
* The capacity to recognize and maintain confidentiality
* The aptitude to communicate in a professional and pleasant manner
