**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team at careerzynith. **Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to inbound and outbound phone calls from customers, providing accurate and timely information regarding their warranty and ancillary products
* Educate customers on the features and benefits of our warranty and ancillary products
* Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries
* Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple calls simultaneously
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including call logs and issue resolutions
**Requirements**
* High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
* 3+ years of experience working in a customer service role with conflict resolution
* Experience in the automotive industry is a plus, with exposure to vehicle repair shop procedures and practices, including labor guides and part pricing
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple calls simultaneously
* Positive emotional resilience, with the ability to maintain a professional demeanor in challenging situations
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and team collaboration
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
