**Key Responsibilities**

**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
* Basic computer skills and experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
