**Key Responsibilities**
As a Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* **Responding to Customer Queries**: You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, responding to their queries and resolving issues via live chat, email, phone, and social media channels.
* **Escalating Serious Complaints**: You'll know when to escalate serious complaints or issues that require attention from our management team.
* **Collaborating with Colleagues**: You'll work closely with your colleagues and managers to find the best solutions to customers' issues.
* **Identifying Common Problems**: You'll identify common problems and escalate them to management, along with possible suggestions for improvement.
* **Maintaining a Professional Manner**: You'll maintain a polite, helpful, and professional manner at all times, even in high-pressure situations.
* **Obtaining and Sharing Customer Feedback**: You'll obtain and share customer feedback with colleagues and other departments to help us improve our products and services.
* **Staying Up-to-Date with New Products and Services**: You'll familiarize yourself with new products and services as they're introduced.
* **Providing Training to New Hires**: You'll provide training to new customer service agents to ensure they have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.
* **Respecting Client Confidentiality**: You'll respect client confidentiality at all times, maintaining the trust and confidence of our customers.
**Requirements**
To be successful as a Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:
* **High School Diploma or GED**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
* **Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, or a Related Field**: A bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field may be advantageous.
* **Practical Experience with Help Desk Software**: Practical experience with help desk software, such as Zendesk, and CRM software, such as Salesforce Sales Cloud, may be required.
* **Previous Experience in Customer Service**: Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
* **Ability to Respond Under Pressure**: You'll need to be able to respond appropriately under pressure, maintaining a professional manner even in high-stress situations.
* **Sound Judgment and Problem-Solving Skills**: You'll need to have sound judgment and excellent problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues effectively.
* **Ability to Speak a Second Language**: The ability to speak a second language may be advantageous.
