**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional customer service experiences to our business clients. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for answering inbound calls from retailers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise. You'll also be responsible for processing purchase orders, handling payments, and assisting buyers with tracking shipments and resolving any issues related to order delays or damaged merchandise.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Answer inbound calls from retailers and respond to their inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
* Provide product information and assist buyers in navigating the company website
* Input purchase orders into the system and ensure all information is accurate
* Accept payment over the phone and submit requests for refunds, exchanges, and other related issues
* Assist buyers with tracking shipments, order delays, and resolving any issues related to incorrect or damaged merchandise
* Perform data entry tasks as required
* Provide exceptional customer service experiences that exceed our clients' expectations
**Essential Qualifications**
* Previous experience working as a call center customer service agent, receptionist, or client intake coordinator
* Accustomed to talking to business clients over the phone
* Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused
