**Position Summary**
We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our Caremark Member Operations division, where you'll have the opportunity to work from home and make a real difference in the lives of our customers. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support and guidance to our plan members, answering their questions, resolving their concerns, and helping them navigate the complexities of their pharmacy benefit plans.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to plan members, responding to their inquiries, resolving their concerns, and helping them navigate the complexities of their pharmacy benefit plans
* Take inbound calls and answer questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
* Service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific client programs
* Receive training and upskill to assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise
* Offer solutions to help simplify our customers' healthcare experience

**Compensation and Benefits**
* Pay rates start at $17.50

**Required Qualifications**
* 1 year experience interacting with customers (i.e. call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, military experience)
* Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Associates degree or equivalent experience
* Ability to problem solve in a positive, productive manner
* Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
* Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
* Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence
* Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
* Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills
* At least 6 months of healthcare experience
**Education**
* High School Diploma or equivalent experience preferred
**Pay Range**
The typical pay range for this role is:
$17.00 - $28.45
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
