**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering outstanding customer experiences that drive loyalty and retention. You'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, setting appointments, performing presentations, and providing exceptional service to our members. **Key Responsibilities**
* Handle inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Set appointments and schedule presentations with members of unions and associations
* Perform presentations to members, highlighting the benefits and value of arenaflex's supplemental benefits
* Complete necessary paperwork and documentation in a timely and accurate manner
* Participate in quality control initiatives to ensure exceptional customer experiences
* Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and service goals
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions to customers
**Essential Qualifications**
* Good verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members
* Excellent customer relation and communication skills, with a focus on building strong relationships and resolving issues
* Upbeat and positive attitude, with a strong energy and enthusiasm for customer service
* Ability to interact effectively with people and groups, with a focus on building strong relationships and resolving conflicts
* Good customer relations skills, with a focus on building trust and loyalty with customers
* Customer Service and/or Customer Sales experience, preferably in a call center or sales environment
