**About the Role:**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients and their families. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Handling inbound and outbound calls to provide information, answer questions, and resolve issues related to our benefits
* Setting appointments and performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
* Maintaining accurate records and completing necessary paperwork
* Participating in quality control initiatives to ensure exceptional service delivery

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their families via phone, email, and other communication channels
* Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our benefits
* Set appointments and perform presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
* Maintain accurate records and complete necessary paperwork
* Participate in quality control initiatives to ensure exceptional service delivery

**Essential Qualifications:**
* Good verbal communication skills
