**Job Details**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative/Order Processor to join our team on a 3-month contract. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing orders, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and timely resolutions to customer issues
* Process orders, including creating, applying, and verifying credit memos on purchase orders
* Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver exceptional customer service
* Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and operations, to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
* Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction ratings and order processing times
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 3+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Proven experience creating, applying, and verifying credit memos on purchase orders
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with clients
