Your role will be to promote and sell air travel on arenaflex, while providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. You'll be the face of our company, and your interactions will shape the experience of our customers. **Key Responsibilities** * Promote and sell air travel on arenaflex to government and corporate clients * Prepare itineraries, compute fares, issue refunds, and prepare and issue tickets * Answer inquiries regarding general travel information and resolve customer problems in a mutually beneficial manner * Communicate with customers over the phone when researching passenger complaints, advising of cancelled or delayed flights * Communicate new rules, policies, and procedures that would affect the customer * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer experiences **What You'll Need for Success** * **Minimum Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training + Excellent leadership, organizational, and customer contact skills + Ability to be resourceful and creative at immediate problem resolution + High level of initiative, exercise good judgment, and be dependable + Satisfactory attendance required * **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field + Knowledge of Native SABRE or similar travel technology platforms + Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences + Strong communication and interpersonal skills * **Skills and Competencies** + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills + Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite **What You'll Get** As a valued member of the arenaflex team, you'll enjoy a range of benefits and perks that will enhance your work-life balance and career growth.
