Your expertise will include: * Email delivery troubleshooting * Spam/security analysis and recommendations * Desktop client/mobile device troubleshooting * Account and billing related inquiries 3. **Understanding and striving to meet or exceed** metrics while providing excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. 4. **Providing step-by-step technical guidance** to customers for resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and empowerment. 5. **Documenting all customer interactions**, including troubleshooting steps and resolutions, to improve knowledge sharing and customer experience. 6. **Educating customers** on product features, best practices, and preventive maintenance to enhance their overall experience. 7. **Collaborating with the team** to escalate and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring seamless customer support. 8. **Maintaining up-to-date knowledge** of arenaflex's products and services to provide expert support. 9. **Tracking and reporting recurring issues** to improve product quality and customer satisfaction. 10. **Participating in ongoing training and professional development** to stay ahead of the curve in technical support and customer experience. 11. **Handling frustrated or upset customers** with patience and empathy, turning them into loyal advocates. **Qualifications:** * Regional equivalent to High School Diploma * Technical education or job-acquired knowledge related to the duties of the role **Skills Required:** 1. **Excellent verbal and written communication skills** for clear understanding of problems and explaining solutions to customers. 2. **Strong problem-solving abilities** and attention to detail to resolve complex technical issues. 3. **Empathetic and customer-centric mindset** to deliver exceptional customer experiences. 4. **Adaptability to changing priorities and customer needs** to ensure seamless support. 5. **IMAP/POP3/SMTP protocols**: Proficiency in troubleshooting email issues and providing technical assistance. 6. **Basic knowledge of DNS and addressing domain-related issues** to provide expert support. 7. **Highly organized, quick learner**, with an ability to work in a team environment. **About arenaflex:** We're the multi-cloud solutions experts, combining our expertise with the world's leading technologies to deliver end-to-end solutions.
