**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide fast, friendly service to customers by actively seeking out their needs and providing assistance
* Learn about products and services using our tools and provide information to customers to sell an entire project
* Greet, qualify, recommend, and close every customer in your department, and know how to handle basics in adjacent departments
* Maintain the in-stock condition of assigned areas, ensuring they are clean, shop-able, and safe
* Provide a safe working and shopping environment by following all safety policies & standards, completing specified safety training, and reporting hazards or unsafe conditions to the Manager on Duty
* Work in cooperation with your Department Supervisor and other associates in your department as well as other departments
* Participate in sales and customer service initiatives to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and colleagues to build a positive and inclusive work environment

**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience; experience in a retail or sales environment a plus
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and vendors
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth
* Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
* Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience in a sales or customer service role in a retail or sales environment
* Knowledge of products and services offered by arenaflex
* Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new products, services, and technologies
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork
* Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus
