**The Role**
As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll lead a team of Customer Success Managers responsible for ensuring our ICHRA clients are positioned for success through extensive partnership and strategic initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Leading, mentoring, and coaching a team of Customer Success Managers to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive business growth
* Providing regular feedback, support professional development, and creating a high-performing culture focused on delivering client excellence
* Monitoring and iterating team KPIs to ensure alignment with company objectives
* Continuously refining and maturing playbooks and frameworks to support the team in delivering an exceptional client experience
* Developing an understanding of our clients' goals and business objectives that align to our solution
* Working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing to align and advocate for our clients
**Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or a client-facing role, with 3+ years in a leadership role
* A proven track record of coaching and developing teams to achieve results
* Experience in building and driving a Customer Success playbook
* A proactive attitude and a strong strategic mindset
* A proven track record of meeting or exceeding key metrics
* Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to present at all levels of an organization
