With a global presence and a commitment to excellence, arenaflex is the go-to partner for organizations seeking to expand their reach and build lasting relationships with their audience. **The Role: Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Success & Sales Operations Manager at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving client success and growth, while also supporting the Sales Operations team in streamlining processes and improving efficiency. Your key responsibilities will include: * **Customer Relationship Management** + Build and grow strong client relationships across your portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely follow-up and meaningful engagement. + Present quotes through live meetings and ensure timely follow-up after events via meeting or survey. + Host regular client meetings and share insights to support retention and satisfaction. + Resolve any client issues in close collaboration with Operations and Management. * **Growth & Opportunity Development** + Proactively explore new business opportunities within existing accounts, identifying potential for new service areas. + Expand client contact networks and collaborate regularly with Business Development Managers to align on account strategies and client communication. * **Sales Operations Support** + Coordinate contract, terms, and special agreement processes, ensuring accuracy and timely completion. + Support onboarding of arenaflex as a vendor with new clients and escalate delays when needed. + Gather feedback during onboarding and identify areas for process improvement. + Be the go-to person in your time zone for HubSpot-related questions or troubleshooting. + Assist with platform access requests and strategic account support during NALA business hours. * **Operational Coordination & Admin** + Work with the Accounting team to support accurate and timely invoicing. + Ensure seamless handovers to Project Management for live event execution. + Contribute to reporting, client feedback analysis, and internal documentation. **Key Experiences and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring the following experiences and competencies to the table: * Confidence leading video calls and managing client relationships. * Experience working with senior stakeholders internally and externally. * Strong attention to detail and documentation habits. * Tech-savviness – especially in HubSpot, Zoom, and collaborative tools. * A self-starter mindset – you manage your workload independently. * Strong communication, listening, and conflict resolution skills. * A flexible, solutions-focused mindset. **Why Join arenaflex?** As a Customer Success & Sales Operations Manager at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our clients' success and growth.
