**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our Remote Health Team. As a seasoned CX professional, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels, including phone, chat, email, and SMS. You'll work closely with our clients, event, and support teams to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide guidance on our DEXA technology and related health topics.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Handle daily customer service requests originating from clients and teammates via phone, chat, and email
* Communicate promptly and effectively to resolve issues and answer questions
* Provide basic information on nutrition, health, fitness, and the DEXA technology to clients
* Assist event and support teams with outbound customer communications regarding service logistics and internal triaging of issues
* Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements to enhance the customer experience
* Participate in regular training and development opportunities to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex's products and services
**Requirements**
* 5-day workweek, with hours from 2:30pm-11pm CST Sunday-Thursday
* First two weeks of training will be Monday-Friday
* Sundays are mandatory, with Fridays and Saturdays off
* Schedule is subject to change to accommodate business needs (ample notice provided)
* Previous, extensive Customer Service experience required
* Passion for health and wellness is a must!
**Compensation and Benefits**
* Expected first-year compensation at over $22/hour or $45,760 annually, including monthly bonuses
* Starting base rate for this role is $20/hour
* Full-time team members receive $500 per month in team bonuses if we hit our monthly team revenue and individual performance goals
* All team members are eligible for stock option grants, which are awarded based on performance annually
