**The Role**
As a Customer Support Representative at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in making entrepreneurs and marketers happy and successful by supporting them in using our platform. You'll act proactively to continuously increase customer benefits and accelerate our growth as a team player. Your responsibilities will include:
* Answering customer requests, handling bug issues, and investigating problems on their accounts
* Categorizing and analyzing insights from conversations with customers to improve our products and processes
* Identifying potential improvements for a better customer journey and self-service
* Maintaining and expanding articles, bots, the knowledge library, and auto-replies to achieve fast and qualitative support
* Taking responsibility for own projects and ensuring they're completed within a quarter to improve support service
* Participating in customer onboarding calls to ensure a smooth start with our product
**Who We're Looking For**
We're seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll be a strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills in German (native) and English (fluent). You'll have a strong passion for online marketing and be able to handle customer inquiries with an excellent communication strategy and style. You'll be good at finding, running, and finishing projects, and be able to organize your day and prioritize tasks.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Technical knowledge of marketing tools (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, Zapier, email tools) and social media
* Experience in tech support or a technical background
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
* Familiarity with customer support software and tools
