Your role will involve: * Independently resolving a high volume of inbound tickets across phone, email, and chat channels, meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while delivering exceptional service. * Troubleshooting technical issues and providing clear, actionable solutions to customers. * Conducting proactive customer outreach initiatives to minimize recurring issues and improve overall satisfaction. * Navigating multiple systems simultaneously to maintain a reliable and efficient workflow, taking full ownership of your results. * Adhering to internal procedures to ensure exceptional customer service and compliance with regulatory standards. * Communicating effectively with internal teams and customers, gathering and sharing all necessary information to support careerzynith platform users. * Escalating ambiguous issues to the appropriate teams for timely resolution. * Continuously improving the income and employment verification process by identifying bottlenecks and suggesting improvements. **Work Schedule and Environment** This is a part-time position, requiring a commitment of 5-6 hours per day, Monday through Friday, within the 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time window. As a remote worker, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with a reliable high-speed internet connection required. **Requirements and Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * At least 2 years of experience providing technical support in a high-volume call center or similar environment. * A commitment to delivering a world-class customer experience with professionalism and empathy. * Excellent self-management skills, consistently meeting deadlines and producing high-quality work. * The ability to navigate through multiple systems using a simple set of instructions. * High standards of organization, efficiency, and attention to detail. * Resilience and composure under pressure. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Discipline, adaptability, and a strong work ethic. * A passion for following structured processes and identifying opportunities for improvement. **Nice to Have** * Spanish language fluency. * Experience working for a startup or similar environment. **Compensation and Benefits** Our cash compensation for this role is targeted at $17 - $19 per hour.
